                           WELCOME

The Caroline Baptist Association is a group of 36 SBC churches in the counties of Lonoke and Prairie Counties of central Arkansas.  The churches expand from Cabot  to Keo, then east to Biscoe and up to Des Arc,  and all of our churches within this area.

We are very grateful to the Lord for every congregation that is in partnership together in these two counties that work, minister, and support the work God is doing in this association.

What makes Southern Baptists so unique is our cooperation in our missions locally and all across the world.  Our association is also a partner with the Arkansas Baptist State Convention, as well as the national Southern Baptist Convention.

Caroline Baptist Association provides  mission trip opportunities to Mexico and to Guatemala.  We currently are in partnership with the "Operation Go"  work in Guatemala and with Bro. Larry and Sarah Plyler, our IMB missionaries.   "Torre Fuertes Iglesia Bautista" is a mission church that we also support in Jocotenango, Guatemala.

Our churches and association  work together in providing church leadership training,  VBS training,  local mission outreach events,  Women's ministry retreats,  men and boys missions fellowships, support Disaster Relief workers,  Association Annual Choral program,  Sr. Adult Fellowship Luncheon,  Public School teacher luncheon support,  Sunday School training,  Evangelism training,  Youth Ministry Rallys and a retreat,  along with other events. We also assist churches with any needs they may have.

We Pray, that all we are doing and will do together, will continue to help build the KIngdom of our Lord as we strive to be obedient to the GREAT COMMISSION  in Matt. 29: 19 - 20.

Thank you for visiting our website today.

Bro. Jerry Miller,

Association Director of Missions

Men/Boys Fish Fry

July 22 at 6:30 p.m. at Mt. Carmel, Cabot

ALL Men and Boys are invited to attend this yearly feast!  Come enjoy some fish by Bubba's and listen to Steve "Wildman" Wilson as he talks fishing.  You will want to get there a bit early to observe the many different fish that will be swimming in the Arkansas Game and Fish tank to be displayed outside.  A love offering will be taken to help with the cost of the meal as well as an honorarium to be given.

Cabot School Staff Appreciation Luncheon

August 14     Noon      at various local churches

We look forward to another successful year of hosting the Cabot teachers as they attend a luncheon in their honor.  This year the theme is "The Common Thread That Binds Us".  Find out how you may be able to help with this event.  Contact Nina at the association office 501.676.6558 or through this website.

Women's Celebration

August 23 at Biscoe FBC
10:00 a.m.

Join the ladies of our association as we celebrate missions!  This time of potluck and fellowship is always a refreshing way to see how our churches are involved in missions and to hear of the many opportunities available within the association and the state.

Community Carnival

September 13 at Lonoke City Park
4:00 - 7:00 p.m.

This 'block party' will be for the community of Lonoke.  As our 36 churches partner together we will be able to build relationships with the community and hopefully place unchurched people in a church where they in turn can build a personal relationship with Christ.  We need YOUR help though!  Ask your pastor how you can be involved in this event or contact us.  This will become a yearly event travelling throughout the Association and will benefit the cause we share together - the building of God's Kingdom!
